The Perfect "Fitt" trainer will deliver personalized training programs, real exercise demonstration, videos, diet plans, grocery lists, fitness reports, healthy recipes, fitness articles, and ad outline fitness magazine to any client in just seconds.
Boot Camp will consist of Plyometrics, sprints, sports specific drills, functional training, core and body weight exercise. We will also use exercise bands, steps, core balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, free weights, and various types of resistance equipment.
