The purpose of "Perfect Fitt" is to promote the importance of health and wellness to my clientele and the community at large. I believe that every physical body is unique and this should be reflected in your fitness routine. All my programs are individualized to best match each person's skill level, age and lifestyle.

Rather,by making small changes that increase your daily physical activity will enable you to reduce their risk of chronic disease therefore contributing to enhanced quality of life.

Aaron Sistrunk is a graduate of Wesley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. He has been a Health and Physical education since graduation. Aaron has experience in personal training since 1996.
Aaron is certified in Sport Nutrition and Personal Training from the International Fitness Professional Association (IFPA); Bosu Kick boxing I and II from the American Aerobic Association (AAAI); Specialist in Sports Conditioning from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA); CPR and First Aid.
While training his clients Aaron enjoys using a wide variety of tools such as medicine and stability balls, elastic tubing, free weights and the Bosu kick boxing technique. His sessions comprise of super setting, sequencing and circuit training, Plyometrics and sports specific drills.
Aaron has a wide range of experience in the fitness field. He has training a large variety client including elite athletes, post rehab conditioning, children suffering from obesity, and clients with sedentary lifestyles. Aaron is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for all sports at Chestnut Hill Academy. He also is an assistant coach for the varsity football team.
